It can take 3–4 business days for tracking information to update after your order has shipped.
In some cases, a “pre-shipment” or “preparing to ship” status means that a shipping label has been created, but the package hasn’t yet been scanned by the carrier. Once your order completes processing and is handed off to the carrier, tracking updates will begin to appear.
Please note that some carriers don’t provide tracking updates until the package is out for local delivery.
If your order is past its estimated delivery time or there have been no tracking updates for 5–10 business days, please reach out to our Customer Service team. We’ll be happy to look into the shipment and help resolve the issue.
