Returns typically take 2–3 weeks to process from the time your package is received at our warehouse. Once your return has been processed, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment (minus any applicable shipping charges or return fees).
After the refund is issued, it may take 5–7 business days for the credit to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution’s policies.
If your purchase was made using PayPal, the refund will be returned to the same PayPal account used for the order. It will appear as a credit in your PayPal balance, which you can use toward another purchase or transfer to your bank account.
