What should I do if I haven’t received the email with my E-Gift Card details?

If you haven’t received your eGift Card email within 24 hours of purchase:

1. Check your spam or junk folder — automated emails sometimes get filtered there.
2. Verify the email address entered at checkout to make sure it’s correct.
3. If you still don’t see the email, contact the Customer Service team through the Contact Us link. Please include your order number and the email address used for the purchase.
