Yes. If you’re not satisfied with your order, you can return most items within 30 days of purchase.
Some products may not qualify for this guarantee — these will have special messaging on their individual product pages.
How do I start a return?
To begin a return, please contact our Customer Service team through the contact form. Our team is available 7 days a week, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST.
Please note that merchandise cannot be returned if it has been used, washed, or worn.
Receiving credit on your return
Once we receive your returned product(s) at the address provided by our Customer Service team, we’ll process your refund.
Refunds are issued for the returned product(s) only (minus shipping charges). You’ll receive a prepaid shipping label for your return. The time it takes for the credit to appear in your account will depend on your payment method.
If you paid with PayPal, the refund will go back to the PayPal account used for the original purchase. You can keep the credit in PayPal for future use or transfer it to your bank account by logging into your PayPal account.
Exchanges
We currently don’t offer exchanges. If you’d like to return an item, please contact our Customer Service team through the contact form for assistance.
Items not eligible for return
Some products cannot be returned. These include:
- Standees
- E-Gift Cards
- Personalized items
- Items benefiting charities
- Items listed as Final Sale or Exclusive
Each product page will include return eligibility details when applicable.
Extended holiday returns
Most items purchased in-store or online between November 15 and December 31 can be returned until January 31. Marketplace seller participation may vary. See our Return Policy for full details.
Damaged products
Take a picture of the damaged area(s) and submit them through the contact form, including both photos and the order number. Pictures are required to process a damaged return. A customer service representative will contact you with further instructions once the form has been submitted.
