If your discount or coupon code isn’t applying at checkout, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
- The code has expired. Most codes are valid for a limited time only.
- You’re using more than one code. Only one discount or promotion code can be applied per order.
- Some items aren’t eligible. Codes don’t apply to sale, charitable, or E-Gift Card purchases.
- The code was entered incorrectly. Double-check for typos, spaces, or capitalization differences.
- Your order wasn’t placed through the official store. Discount codes are only valid for purchases made directly from the Netflix Shop (URLs beginning with netflix.shop).
