Forgot my username or password.

If you’ve forgotten your username or password, here’s how to get back into your account.

Username

Your username is the email address you used when creating your Netflix Shop account. You can try different email addresses, or if you’ve placed an order before, check which email address you used to receive order updates.

Password

To reset your password:

  1. Go to the Login page.
  2. Select Forgot password?
  3. Check your email for a password reset link.
  4. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password.

If you don’t see the email in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.
