How do I change the email associated with my Netflix Shop account?

You can update your account email in two ways:

Option 1: Reach out to our Customer Service team.

You can reach our team through the contact form, and we’ll help you update the email associated with your Netflix Shop account.

Option 2: Through a Netflix Shop marketing email

1. Open any marketing email from Netflix Shop.
2. Scroll to the bottom and select Unsubscribe.
3. On the next page, click Update your preferences.
4. Update your email information and select Update Preferences.
