You can update your billing information or payment method by signing in to your Netflix Shop account and updating the details in your account profile.
Please note that your billing information is only saved after an order has been placed.
If you recently placed an order, changes to your payment method will not affect that specific order once it’s been submitted. Any updates you make will apply only to future purchases.
If you need to correct billing details for an order that has already been placed, please contact our Customer Service team. They can check whether your order can be cancelled so that you can place a new one with the correct billing information.
